Colors
Navy and gold are the main brand colors. Use them for the big things: backgrounds, headings, the main call to action. Everything else supports them.
The secondary colors are for accents and charts. They should never compete with navy and gold.
On the website
gravitykit.com uses raspberry #D91556 for links and the main button, on top of navy and white. Each product also has its own color (GravityView raspberry, GravityCharts blue, GravityImport green, and so on); use it only for that product.
New colors
When a campaign needs a new color, pick it from between navy and gold (along the gold gradient), not from outside the palette.
Charts
Assign series colors in this order: navy, gold, royal blue, orange, plum, sky blue, raspberry, amber.
- One series: royal blue or navy bars; gold for the one bar you want to highlight.
- Growth and decline: royal blue for up, raspberry for down, slate grey
#94A3B8for neutral. - Use bar charts, not pie charts, when the parts don't add up to a whole.
